Not satisfied with a product or shipment?
You may return unused and unopened items to us, since the delivery date of 30 calendar days. In this case, we will refund the purchase price, excluding the occurred in addition to actual shipping costs. Actual shipping costs for each returned product by weight and it is sent (e.g.EMS, DHL, Regular / Registered Air Mail, etc.) . When the returning products, we recommend using traceable shipping method for our customers in order to avoid loss of goods in transit. * Delivery Date definitions: EMS / DHL and a number of parcels sent by registered airmail, courier delivery date will be displayed in the tracking site. Online orders do not have to provide the date of delivery by courier, delivery date is assumed to be 21 days after shipment.
Here is a quick checklist if you are returning unused and unopened products for refunding:
1.These items must be unused and unopened.
2.Contact us by e-mail that the product be returned with the order number and sku.
3.Customer service staff will inform you of actual shipping costs (non-refundable portion).
4.Continue and send back to the project to the following address. Note that the returned package must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery (see above definition of the date of delivery):

When you return the item arrives at our office, the staff will check the products for a refund (or store credit at your discretion.) Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing after your item back to the office.
Refunds are sent to your payment account with a PayPal refund transaction ID.
Is it a defective product?
Please refer to the replacement policy and instructions instead. Once verified, DTW will refund you pay your shipping costs.
